33pkr makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be subject to downtime for maintenance, upgrades or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 33pkr is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
The Platform supports deposits through various payment methods. Familiar local options referenced for Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah bank transfer. The mention of these payment brands does not imply their endorsement of gambling or affiliation with 33pkr. Actual availability of any method is determined solely by the operator and the respective payment provider and is subject to change without notice.
33pkr is not responsible for deposits declined or delayed by a payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within the expected timeframe, you should contact player support with proof of transaction.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits ("Bonuses") are subject to specific Bonus Terms published at the time the offer is made. These Terms apply generally to all Bonuses unless superseded by specific promotion rules.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements state the number of times the Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit, as specified) must be wagered on eligible products before withdrawal becomes available. Example: a 30x Wagering Requirement on a PKR 1,000 Bonus means PKR 30,000 must be wagered before the Bonus winnings are withdrawable.
All Bonuses have an expiry period. Any Bonus and associated winnings not utilised within the validity period will be forfeited. Validity periods are stated in the specific Bonus Terms.
33pkr reserves the right to withhold, cancel or clawback any Bonus where there is reasonable evidence of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering predominantly on low-risk outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements, use of hedging strategies, opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or exploiting technical errors.
Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users only. One welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, email address and payment method applies. Existing users are not eligible for welcome bonuses.
All bets, wagers and game stakes are accepted at 33pkr's sole discretion. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without obligation to provide a reason. Acceptance of a bet is confirmed only when the Platform issues a bet reference or confirmation.
In the event of manifest errors in odds, payout calculations or game results (including technical malfunctions), 33pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. Winnings obtained as a result of an error are not valid and may be reversed.
In-play markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuation. Bets placed on live markets (including during PSL T20 fixtures, ICC matches and other live sports events) may be subject to acceptance delays. 33pkr is not liable for bets not accepted due to connection issues or market suspension.
All casino games and slot titles are governed by their respective Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules. Results are generated by a random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-world physical outcomes. 33pkr does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game.
